I have always loved sport, fitness and life. I want to help others experience life at their healthiest and happiest.
What is your level of experience?
I have trained Primary and Secondary aged kids in the areas of sport and fitness. To date, I have trained indoors, outdoors and done some Personal Training.
How do you give your clients the results they desire?
Throw positive energy at them, the more positive I am – the more positive they become. I allow for client feedback, ideas and flexibility. My ethos is one of no judgment and bias: it’s about the client and their lives!
