Why Did You Join The Fitness Industry?
Originally I started to learn how to do better techniques and ways to build muscle, but then enjoyed teaching people these ideas and ways to build muscle.

What is your level of experience?
I have trained all sorts of people. I’ve been training myself for 3yrs in diet and weights. Also I have done MP and Diploma in Fitness and am qualified to teach Fitness at a TAFE/VET level.

How do you give your clients the results they desire?
By finding out their diet, daily routines, activities and goals. Then making a custom workout and diet plan to suit their needs.
