Lift for Life
We provide an evidence based, progressive resistance training exercise
program. This can be incorporated into your existing Diabetes
Management program. We can also help prevent the development of

We run four Fitness Programs for Kids
Autism Spectum Disorder (ASD) Kids
Our ASD kids group presents fitness, social and sensory concepts to
kids on the spectrum. Accommodating ages 5-14, we introduce basic movement concepts in a safe and understanding environment.
Classes are run on Tuesdays at 4.30pm. Cost is $11 per class and each session requires pre-registration. Class will only go ahead each week with a minimum of 5 kids, maximum of 15
Teen Boys Program
Our Teen boys program: Faster, Stronger, Awesome! is a
fitness experience for boys aged 12-18.This program introduces the kids to weight training, boxing for fitness, sports specific training and cardio vascular training in a safe, guys only group aged 12-18.

Teen Girls Program
Our teen girls program: Go Girl! is a fitness experience to
increase health, confidence and self-esteem designed for girls aged

Fun Driven Kids Fitness
A fun, game orientated fitness experience for kids aged 5-12. Using social, cognitive and sensory skills, we focus on increasing health & fitness whilst giving the kids a safe environment to exhaust their excess energy, make friends and build a healthy outlook for themselves.
