We combine health, fitness and nutrition to improve your lifestyle. We ensure clients of all age groups and abilities have access to facilities usually reserved for those with a high fitness level.We offer an affordable membership that is low in cost but not in quality.
Our memberships start from $10 per week and include a comprehensive assessment and prescribed exercise program for you to follow.
